Cayea nets 4 as Towson routs Albany, 22-4

Towson University had six players score multiple goals as the Tigers overpowered Albany (N.Y.), 22-4, in women's lacrosse yesterday at Towson Stadium.

Erin Cayea led the Tigers (6-3) with four goals.

Becky Trumbo, Kristyn Krastel and Stephanie Howell scored three goals apiece.

UMBC 16, Wagner 8: Kate Worthington scored four goals and Lauren Traber added three to lead the visiting Retrievers (3-8, 2-1 Northeast Conference) over the Seahawks (3-7, 2-2).

Kenyon 20, Hood 4: Catherine White scored a game-high four goals, as the visiting Ladies (5-1) routed the Blazers (2-6).

Monmouth 13, Mount St. Mary's 10: Freshmen Erica Evangelista, Kaitlyn Robinson, and Kate Hanna combined for six goals and two assists to lead the host Hawks (4-5, 3-0 NEC) over the Mount (3-9, 0-3).
