Jazz it up this weekend at the Cape May Jazz Festival in New Jersey.
This year's festival honors fluegelhornist Clark Terry, and features performances by the Clark Terry Quartet with James Moody and Jon Faddis, Dianne Reeves with the Frank Foster Big Band, Wycliffe Gordon, Irene Reid, Ernie Andrews and many others.
Vocalist Reeves was a protege of Terry's and was hand-picked, along with other performers, to appear at this year's festival.
There will also be jam sessions, jazz workshops and a jazz brunch.
The Cape May Jazz Festival runs tomorrow through Sunday at various venues in Cape May, N.J. Free buses run between venues Friday and Saturday.
