Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Central District

Assault/arrest: A 15-year-old boy was arrested Tuesday and charged as a juvenile with aggravated assault. The boy is accused of hitting a man, 20, with his fist and a brick during an argument in the 400 block of Watty Court that day.

Western District

Robbery: A 67-year-old man was struck in the face by two men and robbed of $22 about 8:40 p.m. Tuesday in the 2300 block of Orem Ave.

Southwestern District

Stolen vehicle: Police were seeking a white 1994 Ford Escort with Georgia tag 896 WBH that was stolen yesterday in the 4900 block of Parkton Court.

Southeastern District

Carjacking: After a gunman robbed a motorist of his cellular phone Tuesday night at Ellwood Avenue and Gough Street, he forced the victim out of his 1998 Lincoln Navigator with tags M816644 and drove it away.

Robbery: A woman was walking in the 500 block of S. Clinton St. about 3 p.m. Tuesday when a woman armed with an unknown weapon robbed her of her purse containing cash and property - all valued at $170.

Theft from vehicle: Stereo equipment and compact discs valued at $175 were stolen Tuesday from a1995 Dodge Neon in the 3200 block of Fleet St.

Baltimore County

Parkville Precinct

Assault: A man was cut with a knife during an argument with another man outside Tee Bee's Place on Darlington Drive about 12:30 a.m. Saturday, not inside the bar as reported in Tuesday's Police Blotter.

Wilkens Precinct

Burglary: Four men broke into a garage in the 3700 block of Pansy Ave. early Tuesday and removed a lawn mower, lawn furniture and a bicycle - all valued at $2,350. The men were seen driving away in a large white truck with unknown tags.
