(Joe Baby) devoted father of Robert Rice and the late Ricky Rice, he is also survived by one daughter-in-law Sandra Rice, seven grandchildren, one dear brother Donald Rice and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation at the Howell Funeral Home, 4600 Liberty Heights Avenue, Wednesday 12 noon until 7 P.M. Family hour Thursday 11 A.M. Homegoing service 11:30 A.M., in the above chapel. Interment following in Md. Nat. Memorial Park, Laurel, Md.
