Developers are to confer with community members

Developers planning subdivisions in eastern Howard County or projects that require conditional-use permission must meet with neighbors before submitting plans to the county. The next meetings are:

Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Frederick Ward Associates Inc., 7125 Riverwood Drive, Columbia, about a proposal for three units on 1.84 acres on the Eberhart property, 8435 High Ridge Road.

Tuesday at 8 p.m. at Frederick Ward Associates Inc., 7125 Riverwood Drive, Columbia, about a proposal for three units on 1.96 acres on the Wehland property, 6451 Lawyers Hill Road.

Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at Mildenberg, Boender & Associates, 5072 Dorsey Hall Drive, Suite 202, Ellicott City, about a proposal for four units on 1.42 acres on Manordale Lane.

Saturday at 3 p.m. at the Elkridge library, 6734 Washington Blvd., about a proposal for four units on 1.08 acres at Woodcrest II on Mayfield Avenue.
