Baltimore City

Eastern District

Arrest: Allen Harris, 19, of the 700 block of Mura St. was arrested yesterday in the 1200 block of Greenmount Ave. by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a warrant charging him with attempted murder. He is accused in the shooting Tuesday night of Thomas Williams, 21, of the 1200 block of Turpin Court, during an incident in the 800 block of E. Biddle St.

Southwestern District

Gang fight/injury: Two youth gangs, known as the Westport Kids and Morrell Park Kids, were fighting in the 2300 block of Washington Blvd. about 6 p.m. Tuesday when a 9-year-old boy in the Westport group was struck on the head with a length of wood. He was reported in good condition in the pediatric intensive care unit at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A gunman wearing a ski mask robbed Royal Farms in the 6300 block of Eastern Ave. of a cigarettes and an undisclosed sum of cash about 3 a.m. Tuesday.

Baltimore County

Towson Precinct

Robbery: A 15-year-old Towson High School student waiting for a ride home outside school about 4:20 p.m. Tuesday was struck on the head by an unknown male and robbed of his wallet.
