Developers, communities to confer on projects

Developers planning subdivisions in eastern Howard County or projects that require conditional-use permission must meet with neighbors before submitting plans to the county. The next meetings are all scheduled Thursday:

At 5:30 p.m. at Land Design and Development, 8000 Main St., Ellicott City, about a proposal for four units on 2.08 acres on the Wierkowski property on Lawyers Hill Road.

At 6:15 p.m. at Land Design and Development, 8000 Main St., Ellicott City, about a proposal for four units on 2.64 acres on the Gill property, 11849 Clarksville Pike.

At 6:30 p.m. at Land Design and Development, 8000 Main St., Ellicott City, about a proposal for 84 units on 8 acres at Port Capital Center of Maryland on Port Capital Drive.
