Weinberg new executive at talent resource firm

Entertainment Consultants announced that Adele Weinberg has joined the Baltimore-based production and talent resource firm as a senior account executive, specializing in weddings and family events. Weinberg, a graduate of Hunter College, is active in the Key Highway Community Association, the Hadassah and the National Council of Jewish Women.

Love & Co. names creative director

Love & Co. has named Tyler Sprecher as creative director of the Frederick-based strategic marketing communication and branding agency. He will supervise all phases of creative materials development. A graduate of Shepherd College, Sprecher was formerly a senior graphic designer with Xerox Corp. and has won several national, corporate and regional industry awards.

Banking

Rock, Heim promoted at 1st Mariner

1st Mariner Bank announced the selection of Michael A. Rock as assistant vice president and project manager of electronic banking and J. James Heim as loss control coordinator.

Rock, formerly with Maryland National Bank, will monitor and maintain the bank's Web content and the development of new products for electronic banking. Heim will manage and participate in the bank's collection and security activities.

Martin, Snyder admits Ciraolo as principal

Martin, Snyder & Bernstein admitted Caroline D. Ciraolo as a principal of the Baltimore law firm. Her practice is concentrated in criminal and civil tax matters. The Arnold resident is a graduate of the University of Maryland and earned her master's of law degree from the University of Baltimore. She is active in the Maryland and American bar associations.
