On March 12, 2003, CHARLES E. DULIN, JR., of Stewartstown, PA, formerly of Baltimore, MD; husband of the late Ruth N. (nee Tracey) Dulin; father of Patricia A. Moatts; grandfather of Sean Haller and Deana Moatts; great-grandfather of Kaylee Haller; brother of Helen Tracey and Nancy Thayer. Also survived by one niece and five nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 17, at 12 noon, at J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, Inc., 19 S. Main Street, Stewartstown, PA. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
