Cambridge Scientific promotes Julius to VP

Cambridge Scientific Abstracts promoted Patrick Julius to vice president of its licensing and publishing operations. He is responsible for management of relations with information industry organizations and overseeing special technology development projects. An M.B.A. graduate of George Mason University, Julius joined the publisher of bibliographic databases and print journals in January. He formerly was with the COMTEX News Network.

Atkinson, Brooks join Crosby Marketing

Crosby Marketing Communications of Annapolis hired Pam Atkinson and Dacrie Brooks.

Atkinson, hired as media director, manages strategic planning in various media for the firm's clients. The University of Maryland, College Park graduate was formerly with Eisner Communications. Brooks, a graduate of Mary Baldwin College, is a senior account executive. She was formerly with Euro RSCG Middleberg in New York.

Luciani, Ensenat advance at Susquehanna Bank

Susquehanna Bank promoted Barry Luciani to retail sales manager and George Ensenat to branch manager.

Luciani, a resident of Fullerton, is responsible for improving branch sales, supervising sales call programs and personnel training. Ensenat, who lives in Baltimore, heads the Baltimore-based bank's Reisterstown branch office.

Wylie is accountant at Wooden & Benson

Wooden & Benson hired Barry Wylie as an in-charge accountant for the Towson accounting firm. His responsibilities include assisting in all phases of audit planning, field work and report preparation. A resident of Bel Air, he is a graduate of Loyola College.
