Cecil wins region, makes nationals

Craig Winder (Wicomico) scored 23 points to power Cecil Community College (25-5) past CCBC-Dundalk, 85-80, in the JuCo Region XX men's college basketball title game in Hagerstown last night.

Cecil will compete in the 12-team, JuCo Division II tournament in Danville, Ill., starting March 19.
