On March 1, 2003, MR. RAYNOR R. TAYLOR, SR., beloved husband of Carolyn Taylor (nee Pitts), devoted father of Stacey, Shari, Raynor, Jr., and Mark. He is also survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Watts, four grandchildren and a host of in-laws, cousins and other loving relatives and friends. On Wednesday, friends may call at the VAUGHN C. GREENE Funeral Services (EAST), 4905 York Road, from 3 to 8 P.M. On Thursday, Mr. Taylor will lie in state at Trinity AME Church, 2140 E.
