On March 1, 2003 CHARLES DOELLER SHOALS SR. of Severna Park, MD, beloved father Kimberly Jackson, Stephanie Carraway and Charles Doeller Shoals Jr.; dear brother of Linda Wilson, Joanne Liberto and William (Bill) Shoals.
