On Monday, February 24, 2003, at North Arundel Hospital, VERNON SMITH, beloved husband of Constance R. Smith, devoted father of Vernon, Jr., Diane, Steven, Janet, David, Dorothy, Gary, and the late Catherine Smith. He also leaves a host of nephews, other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, 3592 Whiskey Bottom Road, Laurel, MD. on Tuesday, March 4 from 9:30 A.M. until Funeral Services at 11 A.M. Rev. D.
