Aberdeen Test Center plans to conduct a large test detonation today at Aberdeen Proving Ground that is expected to generate sound and loud vibrations outside the installation boundaries, post officials said yesterday.
If weather conditions become unfavorable, the test will be rescheduled, officials said.
