HOWARD CRIME REPORT

The crime report is a sampling of crimes in Howard County compiled from police. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 410- 313-3700.

East Columbia

Foreland Garth: 6000 block, Long Reach. A man who implied that he had a handgun robbed an Exxon of an undisclosed amount of cash Feb. 18.

Tamar Drive: 6300 block, Long Reach. Someone stole video games from an apartment Saturday.

West Columbia

Peartree Way: 11200 block, Hickory Ridge. A man who left his front door ajar returned Feb. 18 and found two men in his apartment. The men assaulted the victim and stole a safe containing cash and a gold chain.

Twin Rivers Road: 10400 block, Wilde Lake. Two men wearing masks and long black jackets and jeans stole $200 from a Blockbuster Video on Monday. One of the men was armed with a handgun.

Ellicott City/Elkridge

College Avenue: 4100 block, Ellicott City. A juvenile resident at Taylor Manor Hospital broke two windows and stole several sodas Feb. 17.

Montgomery Road: 4200 block, Ellicott City. A man armed with a handgun stole an undisclosed amount of cash from a Shell gas station Friday.

Montgomery Road: 6200 block, Elkridge. Two men stole $135 from a High's store Monday.

Western Howard

Frederick Road: 12700 block, West Friendship. Someone smashed a window in a High's store and stole cigarettes and a cash drawer Wednesday.
