Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southwestern District

Shooting: A 14-year-old boy was in critical condition last night at Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being shot in the chest shortly after 4 a.m. yesterday in the 3500 block of Edmondson Ave. Details of the shooting were not available.

Southern District

Arrest: Joseph Barber, 50, of the 2500 block of Harford Road was arrested yesterday in Fulton County, Ga., and held for return to Baltimore on charges of aggravated assault. Police alleged that he stabbed his 40-year-old girlfriend, Laura Pugh, 13 times, then ran her over with his car in the 800 block of Cherry Hill Road on Jan. 30.

Eastern District

Shooting: An unidentified man was standing in the 1600 block of E. Chase St about 2:20 a.m. Sunday when a gunman shot him in the face, breaking his jaw. He was reported in fair condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Stabbings: Two men, ages 25 and 35, were walking in the 1500 block of Kia Court about 1 a.m. Sunday when they were attacked by several other males. They were treated for stab wounds at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Stabbing/arrest: A man and his girlfriend were arguing in their home in the 700 block of N. Montford Ave. early Sunday when the woman stabbed him. The woman was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The man was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Baltimore County

Towson Precinct

Robbery: Police were seeking a man who robbed a woman, 56, of her purse containing a cellular phone, keys and cash at gunpoint in the 7700 block of York Road about 11 p.m. Saturday.

Garrison Precinct

Burglary/arrest: An employee of AMC Theaters in the 10100 block of Mill Run Circle was arrested over the weekend and charged with entering a theater office early Saturday and stealing six $100 gift cards. Police said the burglary was caught on a surveillance camera.

Wilkens Precinct

Vandalism: Someone punctured or slashed seven tires on four vehicles parked in the 3800 block of Coolidge Ave. between 1:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. Saturday.

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery: After paying for a candy bar at a Royal Farms store in the 9900 block of Pulaski Highway about 6 p.m. Sunday, a man shoved the female clerk aside and removed $30 from the open cash register.

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: A gunman robbed China King Restaurant in the 9600 block of Belair Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
