Annie V. Johnson, 69, nursing assistant

Annie V. Johnson, a retired nursing assistant, died Wednesday of adrenal failure at Sinai Hospital. The Forest Park resident was 69.

Born in Baltimore, she was a 1951 graduate of Douglass High School and studied nursing at what is now Baltimore City Community College.

She retired about five years ago as a nursing assistant at the state's Rosewood Hospital Center in Owings Mills, where she had worked for more than two decades.

Mrs. Johnson was a member of Liberty Grace Church of God.

Services were planned for 11:30 a.m. tomorrow at the Nutter Funeral Home, 2501 Gwynns Falls Parkway.

Survivors include four sons, Alvin L. Harris Sr., William B. Harris, Michael A. Harris and James A. Harris, and two daughters, Cheryl L. La Prade and Robin M. Nelson, all of Baltimore; and 10 grandchildren. She outlived both of her husbands, Albert Harris and George Johnson.
