Bob Wade, athletic director for the Baltimore City public schools, confirmed last night that two high-profile city basketball games will be played Tuesday at Morgan State's 4,000-capacity Hill Field House.

The Walbrook and Western girls teams will tip off the doubleheader at 5 p.m., followed by the boys showdown at 7:30 p.m. between No. 1 Douglass and No. 9 Dunbar.

Wade also said that plans to hold both the boys and girls city championship games at Morgan State will be finalized Monday. That doubleheader, featuring the girls game at 5 p.m. and the boys game at 7:30 p.m., will be held Feb. 25.

Tickets for Tuesday's games can be purchased at Morgan State, beginning Monday. They are $6 for students and $8 for adults. Students of the participating schools with athletic activity cards will be admitted for free if they present both the activity card and a student ID.
