Defender Sean Bowers and midfielder Denison Cabral will represent the Blast in this season's Major Indoor Soccer League All-Star Game on March 7 in Milwaukee.

It will be the sixth All-Star appearance for Bowers, who was named a starter for the Eastern Conference by a panel that included teams' general managers, head coaches and media.

Last year's MISL Defender of the Year has 29 points for the Blast and ranks third in the league with 52 blocks this season.

Cabral, an All-Star for the fourth time, leads the Blast in scoring with 47 points.

All-Star Weekend will start March 6 with skills competitions and other fan-related activities.

"It's always a great honor," Cabral said. "We had some other guys deserving, so you can't take it for granted. The MISL has made it a great weekend, not just going there and playing the game, but making it a whole weekend, which is great for the fans."

In other Blast news, keeper Scott Hileman was named the league's Defensive Player of the Week for his 20-save performance in Friday's 7-2 win over the Philadelphia KiXX.
