HOWARD CRIME REPORT

East Columbia

Brunners Run Court: 9100 block, Owen Brown. Someone stole $150 and beer from a residence Jan. 28.

Carved Stone: 7100 block, Long Reach. A man armed with a gun stole $2,400 from a man as he left the Brunswick Columbia Lanes on Thursday. The robber fled on foot.

Parallel Lane: 6200 block, Oakland Mills. Someone forced open a rear window and stole an unknown amount of jewelry from a home Sunday.

Ellicott City/Elkridge

Huntshire Drive: 6500 block, Elkridge. Someone with a dolly tried to steal an automated teller machine and also took an unknown amount of scratch-off lottery tickets from a High's store Friday.

N. Laurel/Savage/Jessup

All Saints Road: 9200 block, North Laurel. Two men armed with knives stole a woman's purse Sunday and fled on foot.

Hunting Lane: 10600 block, North Laurel. Someone stole money and jewelry from a home after smashing a rear window Sunday.
