Edmeades & Stromdahl Ltd., an architectural and land planning firm in Bel Air, has completed work on Abraham Hall on the grounds of Father Martin's Ashley in Havre de Grace.
Abraham Hall, a 10,000- square-foot project, complements the existing historic structures and creates a pedestrian courtyard that overlooks the Chesapeake Bay.
Father Martin's Ashley is a private rehabilitation facility for the treatment of substance abuse.
