Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Western District

Stabbing: Levalya Deans, 30, was walking in the 500 block of N. Fulton Ave. about 9:45 p.m. Monday when he was stopped by a man who asked if he wanted to buy marijuana. When Deans declined, an argument broke out and he was struck in the face, knocked to the ground and stabbed in the stomach with a knife. Deans flagged down a Fire Department ambulance crew. He was listed in good condition yesterday at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Stabbing: Gilbourne Virgo, 22, was treated at Shock Trauma after being stabbed in the side by another man while dancing with a woman at Gentlemen 10 in the 2100 block of Edmondson Ave. about 3 a.m. Sunday.

Eastern District

Shooting: A man, 53, was standing at a bus stop in the 1800 block of N. Gay St. about 3 a.m. Monday when another man told him to "move on," then shot him in the left leg. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Shooting: Kevin Moore, 32, was walking in the 1900 block of Cecil Ave. about 6 p.m. Monday when three men stepped from a vehicle and attempted to rob him. When Moore turned to flee, he was shot in the chest. Moore was in critical condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Southern District

Burglary: Three ceiling fans, a microwave oven and a propane heater were stolen Monday from a house in the 400 block of E. Clement St.

Northeastern District

Robbery: Police were seeking a man who robbed Exxon Tiger Mart in the 6100 block of Belair Road of more than $400 at gunpoint about 12:30 p.m. Sunday.

Southeastern District

Theft from vehicle: Golf clubs, pool cues and an electric drill - all valued at $4,500 - were stolen Monday from a Dodge van parked in the 3900 block of E. Lombard St.

Baltimore County

Wilkens Precinct

Robbery: A gunman robbed the Royal Farms Store in the 4300 block of Washington Blvd. of an undisclosed sum of money about 3:30 a.m. Monday.

Cockeysville Precinct

Robbery try: A gunman attempted to rob an Exxon station in the 2100 block of York Road on Wednesday night, but fled when the attendant told him no money was available and then turned and called police.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Two 12-inch mitre saws, a nail gun and an air-compressor - all valued at $1,700 - were stolen over the weekend from Champion Windows in the 7400 block of Golden Ring Road.

Garrison Precinct

Burglary: Several video games and a backpack were stolen Monday from a house in the 4600 block of Panacea Court.
