Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northwestern District

Homicide arrest: Jenerette "Man" Dixon, 28, of the 4800 block of Palmer Ave. remained in custody after being arrested last week on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder in the stabbing of Ashton Sullivan, 19, of the 3400 block of Woodland Ave. Sullivan and another man were arguing in the 5000 block of Palmer Ave. about 1 p.m. Jan. 8 when he was fatally stabbed in the neck.

Northeastern District

Carjacking/arrest: A man, 28, was stopped at a signal in the 5400 block of Sinclair Lane late Monday when a gunman forced him out of and took his 1995 Saturn. A short time later, police stopped the car in the 3200 block of Belair Road and arrested Robert W. Johnson, 18, of the 2800 block of Kentucky Ave. He was charged with armed carjacking, assault and auto theft.

Central District

Robbery: After a man asked to see an item in a display case at Pleasure Palace in the 400 block of E. Baltimore St. yesterday afternoon, he placed an unknown weapon into the clerk's back. The robber took $100 from a cash register and an undisclosed sum from a safe.

Southeastern District

Shooting: A boy, 15, was walking in the 200 block of East St. about 2 a.m. Monday when an unknown assailant shot him in the lower back. He was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Burglary: Nude photos, computer equipment, a 25-inch television, two videocassette recorders, DVD player, DVDs and video games -- all valued at $2,515 -- were stolen Monday from a house in the 1400 block of Rayleigh Way.

Eastern District

Officer assaulted: An officer was approaching a man in the 2900 block of E. Monument St. about 1 a.m. Monday when the man pulled a large-caliber handgun and pointed it at him. Before the officer could respond, the man dropped the gun and fled. The man was identified, and a warrant obtained on charges of assaulting a police officer and a handgun offense.

Baltimore County

Essex Precinct

Robbery: A man entered CVS Pharmacy on Compass Road about 8 a.m. Monday, used tape to bind and gag a female clerk, then removed money from her purse and a cash register. During the robbery, the man used a walkie-talkie to keep in contact with a male accomplice outside. Police responding to an alarm entered the store after seeing the woman's purse on the floor and hearing her cries.

Towson Precinct

Robbery: A deliveryman for Bubba's Broadway was delivering a food order in the 900 block of Dulaney Valley Court about 7:30 p.m. Monday when three men, one with a handgun, robbed him of $65 and the food.
