The grand opening is under way at Highpointe luxury mid-rise and townhome-styled apartments in Hunt Valley.

Built by Questar Properties Inc., with a traditional, Georgetown flair, the homes offer numerous standard features, including 9-foot or cathedral ceilings, high-speed cable Internet access, two-car garages with all townhomes, 42-inch custom kitchen cabinetry, fireplaces, custom lighting packages and alarm systems.

In addition to offering a dozen floor plans, the community features a clubhouse, with a 20-seat movie theater with stadium seating, gymnasium, conference room; cyber-cafM-i with coffee bar, rooftop tennis courts and pool.

Take Interstate 83 north to Shawan Road, heading east. Turn left at the first stoplight, McCormick Road. Make the next left at International Circle and drive to Symphony Circle. Turn right. The leasing center is at the top of the hill.
