ANGELS: Agreed to one-year, $2.27 million contract with 2B Adam Kennedy.

BREWERS: Agreed to one-year, $750,000 contract with free-agent P Todd Ritchie, who had been with White Sox. Signed free-agent C Keith Osik, who had been with Pirates, to minor-league contract and invited him to major-league camp.

EXPOS: Agreed to one-year, $2.1 million contract with P Tony Armas Jr.

INDIANS: Agreed to one-year contract with free-agent OF Shane Spencer, who had been with Yankees.
