Police identify 4 drive-by shooting victims

Baltimore police have identified the four people who were wounded in a drive-by shooting Thursday night in East Baltimore.

The four, all East Baltimore residents, were treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital. They were identified by a police spokesman as: Jermaine Lee, 19; Reginald Ranson, 22; Ellen Mills, 43; and Arvin Mitchell, 15.

Police said the group was standing on a corner in the 2300 block of E. Lafayette Ave. about 6:30 p.m. when gunfire erupted from a car carrying three or four people. Police have no suspects, and the investigation is continuing.
