Developers, communities are to meet

Developers planning subdivisions in eastern Howard County or projects that require conditional-use permission must meet with neighbors before submitting plans to the county.

The next scheduled meetings are:

Tomorrow at 7 p.m. at the small chapel belonging to Bethel Korean Presbyterian Church, 3165 St. Johns Lane, Ellicott City, about a conditional-use proposal there.

Thursday at 4 p.m. at Cornerstone Homes, 9692 Norfolk Ave., North Laurel, about a proposal for two homes on 0.9265 acres at Hammonds View, 8820 Stephens Road.

Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at Land Design & Development Inc., 8000 Main St., Ellicott City, about a proposal for four homes on 2.42 acres on the Herrmann property, 5281 Kerger Road.

Friday at 4:30 p.m. at 6397 Montgomery Road, Elkridge, about a proposal for five homes on 2.853 acres on the site.
