St. Martin's Lutheran to have feast, music Sunday evening

St. Martin's Lutheran Church will have its annual "Olde Tyme" celebration of worship with a feast at 5 p.m. and musical entertainment at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at the church, 1120 Spa Road, Annapolis.

The evening will include carols, instrumental music, drama, mime, historical dancing, juggling and swordplay. Singers Madrigale and others will perform music in costume. Attendees are encouraged to dress in medieval or Renaissance costume, if desired.

The cost is $9 for adults, $7 for seniors over age 65, $4 for children under age 12 or $20 per family. Reservations can be made by calling 410-672-2452 or 410-4723. Tickets are available at the church office or at the door.

Public invited to concert at Chesapeake Christian

Pastor Glen H. Morris and the Chesapeake Christian Center invite the public to attend a concert by Bill and Karen Itzel during the 8:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. worship services Sunday.

Concert series:

St. Martin's Evangelical Lutheran Church continues its concert series with the Arundel Vocal Arts Society Winter Concert at 3 p.m. Jan. 12. Reservations required; cost is $15. 410-263-4723.

Chamber concert:

The U.S. Army Field Band will present its Chamber Music Concert at 3 p.m. Feb. 2 and the Susquehanna College Choir will perform at 7 p.m. March 2. All concerts are at the church, 1120 Spa Road in Annapolis. A donation of $5 per concert is suggested. 410-263-4723.
