Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Robbery: A man, 23, was leaving a bar in the 200 block of S. Carey St. about 1:40 a.m. Tuesday when a gunman robbed him of his keys and drove off in the victim's 1991 burgundy Lexus with tags LAK 858.

Stabbing: A man and his girlfriend were arguing outside their home in the 2400 block of Annapolis Road about 4 a.m. Tuesday when the man was cut on the left hand with a pair of scissors. The man, Jay Cunningham, 39, refused medical treatment, and police arrested and charged him with first-degree assault.

Stolen vehicle: A maroon 1998 Dodge with tags LCX 283 was stolen Tuesday in the 2200 block of W. Patapsco St.

Eastern District

Burglary/arrest: Police responding to a burglary Monday in the 1200 block of N. Ellwood Ave. entered the house and arrested a man accused of entering through a rear bedroom window. Charged with burglary was Mikola Garrett, 20, whose address was not available.

Central District

Assault: Alfred Hall, 38, was walking in the 600 block of Laurens St. about 6 p.m. Monday when he was attacked by several men, one of whom struck him with a stick and one with a trash can. No arrests had been made.

Northeastern District

Burglary: A camera and camcorder -- all valued at nearly $300 -- were stolen Monday from a house in the 3000 block of Westfield Ave. and were pawned by a known suspect.

Theft: Police were seeking a homeless man who stole a Beretta .380-caliber handgun, 50 rounds of ammunition and cash, the property of a friend who allowed the man to stay with him at his house in the 4900 block of Gunther Ave. on Monday.

Theft: Computer equipment valued at $3,000 was stolen Monday from an office at Investors Funding Group in the 6300 block of Belair Road.

Stolen vehicle: A silver-colored four-door 1995 Chrysler with tags CAP 28 was stolen Monday in the 5000 block of Bowleys Lane.

Stolen vehicle: A green Dodge van with tags M901371 was stolen Monday in the 3200 block of Clarence Ave.

Baltimore County

Woodlawn Precinct

Stolen car/arrests: Two teen-age males were arrested Tuesday and charged with auto theft after a pursuit that began in the county and ended in Baltimore City. About 11:45 a.m., police spotted a Mitsubishi on Kernan Drive that had been reported stolen. During a pursuit, Officer Timothy Rutherford lost control of his car on Dickey Hill Road and struck a utility pole. He suffered minor injuries. Moments later, the stolen car stopped and the driver, 17, was fleeing on foot when he was struck by a pursuing police car. He and the passenger, 18, were arrested and charged with auto theft.

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery: Police were seeking a man who robbed a woman of her purse containing papers and a cellular phone in the 6600 block of Kenwood Ave. about 8:30 p.m. Monday.

Essex Precinct

Burglary/stolen car: After someone broke into an apartment in the first block of Oak Grove Drive and stole a set of keys Monday morning, the intruder left and drove off in the victim's four-door 1993 Lincoln with tags LDL 182.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: An undisclosed sum of money and several cartons of cigarettes were stolen Monday from a Citgo station in the 12600 block of Harford Road by someone who entered through a glass door.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Someone broke into a construction company's trailer in the 1100 block of Cromwell Bridge Road between Friday and Monday and stole a laptop computer valued at $2,400.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: Several appliances -- all valued at more than $3,000 -- were stolen Monday from a house under construction in the 12000 Tralee Road by someone who entered through a window.
