San Diego: Can clinch a playoff berth with a win, Denver loss or tie, Kansas City loss or tie, New England loss or tie, N.Y. Jets loss or tie and Cleveland loss or tie; OR win, Denver loss or tie, Kansas City loss or tie, Miami loss, N.Y. Jets win and Cleveland loss or tie; OR a tie, Denver loss, Kansas City loss, New England, N.Y Jets loss and Cleveland loss.

NFC East

Philadelphia: Has clinched the division title and a first-round bye. Can clinch home-field advantage throughout the playoffs with win; OR a tie and Green Bay loss or tie.

N.Y. Giants: Can clinch a playoff berth with a win; OR a tie and a New Orleans loss or tie; OR a New Orleans loss.

NFC North

Green Bay: Has clinched the division title. Can clinch home-field advantage throughout the playoffs with a win and Philadelphia loss or tie; OR a tie and Philadelphia loss. Can clinch a first-round bye with a win or tie OR Philadelphia loss or tie.

NFC South

Tampa Bay: Has clinched the division title. Can clinch a first-round bye with a win and Green Bay loss.

Atlanta: Can clinch a playoff berth with a win or tie; OR N.Y. Giants loss or tie; OR New Orleans loss or tie.

New Orleans: Can clinch a playoff berth with a win and N.Y. Giants loss or tie; a win and Atlanta loss; OR a win and N.Y. Giants loss.

NFC West

San Francisco: Has clinched the division title.
