On December 2, 2002 at Potomac Hospital in Woodbride, Va. JOHN HENRY SHUGARS, age 79, died. Husband of the late Sylvia E. Shugars, loving father of Cynthia G. Kohl, and Douglas L. Shugars, grandfather of Michelle R. and Howard J. Kohl and Sabrina T. Shugars-Phelps and also survived by three great-grandchildren.
