Developers, communities are to meet

Developers planning subdivisions in eastern Howard County or projects that require conditional-use permission must meet with neighbors before submitting plans to the county.

A meeting scheduled for tomorrow for Evergreens at Town Center, 156 age-restricted apartments on 5 acres at 10100 Governor Warfield Parkway, has been canceled.

The next scheduled meetings are:

Monday at 6 p.m. at Habitat for Humanity of Howard County Inc., 10720 Little Patuxent Parkway, Suite 220, Columbia, about a proposal for one house on 0.2 acres at 8050 Harriet Tubman Lane.

Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. at Reese and Carney, 10715 Charter Drive, Suite 200, Columbia, about a conditional-use request for a gasoline service station, store and car wash at 10091 Washington Blvd.
