The crime report is a sampling of crimes in Howard County compiled from police. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 410-313-3700.

East Columbia

Snowden River Parkway: 9000 block, Owen Brown. Someone stole cash, phone cards, a computer and camera equipment from Mail Plus between Oct. 18 and 21.

Snowden River Parkway: 9000 block, Owen Brown. Someone was observed urinating on cars in the area Oct. 21.

West Columbia

Youngtree Court: 11100 block, Harper's Choice. Jamal Sion Ford, a 28-year-old Baltimore man, was charged with breaking and entering after a resident interrupted an attempt to break into a home Oct. 12.

Willow Bottom Drive: 11100 block, Harper's Choice. Liquor was stolen from the Hobbit's Glen Golf Course bar Oct. 24.

Eden Brook Drive: 7300 block, Kings Contrivance. A man was struck and robbed of his wallet as he returned to his home Oct. 26.

Ellicott City/Elkridge

Washington Boulevard: 6300 block, Elkridge. Someone walked into an Exxon station Oct. 22 with a note announcing a robbery. After being given the money, the robber fled in a blue station wagon.

Montgomery Road: 6200 block, Elkridge. A lawn mower was taken from a shed Oct. 22.

Rogers Avenue: 2900 block, Ellicott City. Someone stole a bike and a saw from a garage Oct. 24.

N. Laurel/Savage/Jessup

Scaggsville Road: 11400 block, Scaggsville. Police said a man was observed walking naked and committing a lewd act while lying on the pavement. Police said that Frederick Schoenfelder, 49, of Silver Spring was arrested and charged with lewd behavior and indecent exposure.

Ruth Avenue: 100 block, N. Laurel. Someone stole video games from a house Oct. 23.
