Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Eastern District

Arrest: Harold Richardson, 32, of no fixed address was arrested yesterday in the 1000 block of N. Gay St. by members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force. He is charged with attempted murder in the shooting of Craig Curtis on Oct. 20 in the 1800 block of E. North Ave. Richardson is being held at Central Booking and Intake Center.

Southern District

Arrest: Police entered a house in the 1900 block of N. Longwood St. yesterday and arrested William Johnson, 26, a resident there, on a warrant charging him with attempted murder. The victim, Alan Gill, 22, was shot in the left leg Oct. 17 at Heidi's Place, a bar in the 1800 block of Ramsay St. Johnson is being held at Central Booking.

Southwestern District

Burglary: Computer equipment valued at $4,250 was stolen Monday from a house in the 2200 block of Allendale Road by someone who entered after breaking a kitchen window with a rock.

Southeastern District

Shooting: A male motorist was shot in the chest about 10 p.m. yesterday as he and a female companion rode in the 200 block of N. Bond St. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Baltimore County

Woodlawn Precinct

Assault: A man, 25, was walking in the 2000 block of Wells Manor Ave. about 1 p.m. Monday when he was attacked by several other males, one of whom struck him in the face with a brick. The victim was treated at Northwest Hospital Center.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered Sophie's Hair Braiding in the 6300 block of Sherwood Road through a window during the weekend and stole more than $300.
