Chapel Grove

Winchester Homes is offering a choice of seven floor plans at its new Chapel Grove community in Odenton, Anne Arundel County.

Chapel Grove single-family homes, depending on the style buyers select, include four to five bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms, two-story foyers, brick fronts, large family rooms, first-floor studies, formal living and dining rooms, gourmet kitchens and sitting rooms off the master bedrooms. Soaking tubs and dual vanities are also available.

Priced from $399,000 to $442,000, the Colonial-flavored development will ultimately include 261 single-family homes, along with a community pool and bathhouse.

Chapel Grove single-family homes also offer "extra touches" that include, depending upon the model, hideaway kitchen garbage cans; workbenches, sinks, shelves and racks in the laundry rooms; pre-wiring for ceiling fans; high-tech packages; and home-security systems.

Chapel Grove will also include 159 townhouses, also in a Colonial style, priced from $214,000 to $238,000. The townhouses will feature brick fronts and garages in two of the models. Some models will feature gourmet kitchens. All will contain three bedrooms, or dual master suites, and full basements.

To reach Chapel Grove, take Interstate 97 south from the Beltway to Route 3 south (Exit 7). Drive two miles to Waugh Chapel Road. Turn right and drive another 1.5 miles, past Strawberry Lake Way. The community is on the left.
