Developers, community members are to meet

Developers planning subdivisions in eastern Howard County and landowners planning projects that require conditional-use permission must meet with neighbors before submitting plans to the county. The next scheduled meetings are:

Friday at 7:30 p.m. at 4335 Roxbury Mill Road, Brookeville, about a conditional-use request for a farm tenant house at that site.

Monday at 8 p.m. at 2850 Florence Road, Woodbine, about a conditional-use request for a riding academy at that site.

Oct. 22 at 5 p.m. at Mildenberg, Boender & Associates Inc., 5072 Dorsey Hall Drive, Suite 202, Ellicott City, about 2534 McKenzie Road, where two units are proposed for 1.18 acres.

Oct. 22 at 5:30 p.m. at 5825 Rockburn Woods Way, Elkridge, about a proposal for six units on 2.07 acres at that site.

Oct. 23 at 7 p.m. at Morning Side Apartments Meeting Room, 9950 Guilford Road, Jessup, about Hunters Landing, 8780 Mary Lane, where 12 units are proposed on 3.44 acres.

Oct. 25 at 5:30 p.m. at the Cornerstone Homes Model, 9691 Norfolk Ave., North Laurel, about Hillside at Rocky Gorge V and VI, 10451-10461 Scaggsville Road, where 11 units are proposed on 6.46 acres.
