On September 26, 2002 LOUISA FREDRICKA (nee Zuluaf), beloved wife the late William J. Arkins, Sr. ; devoted mother Louis W. and Charles J. Arkins, Fredricka A. Nicolosi and the late William J. Arkins, Jr. Dear mother-in-law of Peggy, Sandra and Beverly Arkins and the late Salvatore Nicolosi. Also survived by nine grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. Graveside service will be held in the Oak Lawn Cemetery on Monday at 11 A. M. On September 27, 2002, EDWARD E. BALLENGER, JR. , of Ocean Pines, MD. Passed away peacefully after an extended illness at the Atlantic General Hospital. Beloved husband of Linda Ballenger (nee Cromwell); beloved father of Matt b Ricky b Ballenger, Cindy Dukes, Valerie Thacker, Susan Mueller, and Wendy Subasic; loving stepfather of Lori Vacek; loving stepson of Leo Reznikoz; dear brother of Dolores Cockrell. Also survived by 12 grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. A Funeral Service will be held at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. , 1050 York Road (beltway exit 26A), on Monday at 11:30 A. M. Interment private.
