New positions

Callahan takes position with Hopkins Real Estate

The Johns Hopkins University announced the appointment of James A. Callahan as director of leasing and asset management in the office of Johns Hopkins Real Estate. He is responsible for property-leasing activities, management, acquisitions and dispositions for both Johns Hopkins University and Johns Hopkins Health System. Formerly a vice president with Columbia-based Constellation Real Estate Inc., the Lutherville resident is a graduate of Washington College.

Advertising and public relations

Drumheller and Fink appointed by MGH

MGH has named Jason Drumheller senior art director and Stephanie Fink a junior art director for the Owings Mills advertising and public relations agency.

Drumheller, who joined MGH in 2000, has responsibility for creative campaign concepts and project design. A graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art, he resides in Hampden. Fink, a Towson University graduate, is a Pikesville resident and came to MGH in 1999.

Banking

Davis and Fuller join Harbor Bank

Harbor Bank of Maryland appointed Darius L. Davis as regional senior vice president and William L. Fuller as senior vice president/chief credit officer for the Baltimore-based bank.

Davis is responsible for bank branch operations in Anne Arundel, Prince George's and Montgomery counties as well as in Washington and Northern Virginia. He was formerly president and chief executive officer of United National Bank and is an MBA graduate of the University of North Carolina.

Fuller, who holds an MBA from Atlanta University, has responsibility for loan administration and coordination and the establishment of internal loan controls. The Bowie resident was formerly with First Independence National Bank.

Gallagher takes post at Bay-Vanguard

Bay-Vanguard Federal Savings Bank announced that Daniel J. Gallagher was named senior vice president of commercial lending for the Baltimore bank. The Baltimore resident is the former executive vice president and chief financial officer of Heritage Savings Bank and holds an MBA from Loyola College.

NuTec Design appoints Shakely and Bernhardt

NuTec Design Associates Inc. named Andrew L. Shakely director of structural engineering and David W. Bernhardt manager of structural engineering for the York, Pa.-based architectural and engineering solutions provider.

Shakely has overall management responsibility for the structural department. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, he also serves on the board of Habitat for Humanity. Bernhardt, formerly with Rockville-based Rathgeber/Goss, is responsible for daily departmental operations, quality control, scheduling and estimates.
