REAL ESTATE WATCH

September 22, 2002

North American Holding Co. has announced that the U.S. Patent Office has awarded the company patent-pending status for its new Web-based application, TitleRight, which enables title companies and lenders to easily prepare deeds, releases, assignments and other real estate documents online for all 50 states.

Sister company North American Deed Co. is testing TitleRight, which is designed to fully automate the document-preparation process. Specifically, TitleRight will instantly create documents such as deeds, reconveyances and releases.

Online document creation and real-time tracking set TitleRight apart from other online document-ordering systems.

"Companies or individuals who outsource document preparation can speed up the process by more than 45 percent with TitleRight," said Aaron Romano, CEO of North American Deed Co. "A lender that is looking to outsource 10,000 reconveyances for multiple states can use TitleRight to prepare the documents in hours, not months."

Headquartered in Las Vegas, North American Deed Co. prepares deeds and related real estate documents in all 50 states. The firm also assists with researching and securing missing document information. NADC has the ability to meet the formatting and filing requirements of more than 4,000 U.S. recording jurisdictions.
