Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southern District

Victim identified: A man found fatally shot Friday morning in the 100 block of S. Payson St. was identified yesterday by city police as Michael Gilyard, 28, of the 1800 block of Penrose Ave. Officers responding to a report of a shooting about 11:15 a.m. found Gilyard bleeding from three gunshot wounds to the chest. He died about five hours later at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. No arrest has been made.

Southeastern District

Shooting/arrest: Three men were arguing outside Joe's Bar in the 1000 block of Dundalk Ave. about 1:30 a.m. Saturday when one pulled a handgun and shot the other two, one in the leg and the other in the head. The gunman drove off in a Lincoln, which was found parked nearby on Danville Avenue. Quick Response Team officers arrested a suspect when he left a house there. No charges had been filed. The victims were released after hospital treatment.

Burglary: A 27-inch television valued at $750 was stolen during the weekend from a house in the 700 block of S. Bond St.

Theft from vehicle: A 9 mm Glock handgun was stolen Saturday from a 2000 Chevrolet truck parked on Hartwait St.

Southwestern District

Burglary: A computer, TV and bed -- all valued at $1,600 -- were stolen during the weekend from an apartment in the 5400 block of Jamestowne Court.

Northern District

Assault/arrest: A woman who was stopped and accused of shoplifting on Saturday at the Save-A-Lot store in the 2000 block of Maryland Ave. allegedly pulled out a knife and cut a female employee on the arm, face and back. The employee was released after hospital treatment. Arrested on assault, weapon and theft charges was Sharon Crosby, 43, of the 3700 block of Centre Place.

Burglary: Someone broke into a house in the 400 block of W. 28th St. through a rear window Saturday and stole two DVDs, compact discs and an amplifier -- all valued at more than $1,400.

Baltimore County

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: A gunman and a female accomplice robbed the Crown gas station in the 7400 block of Liberty Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 4 a.m. Saturday. During the robbery, the woman slashed the employee's face with a box cutter. The couple drove off in a brown Ford van.

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: A gunman robbed Walgreen's in the 9600 block of Harford Road of an unknown sum of money about 8:30 p.m. Saturday.

Towson Precinct

Robbery: Police were seeking two men who robbed a man selling flowers at Old Pimlico and Falls roads of $20 and several flowers about 5:20 p.m. Friday.--
