The All-State player's quickness and speed make him one of the top offensive threats in the area. The senior is a Division I college prospect.

Kwaku Boateng

Hammond, forward

His 29 goals and six assists led the Bears to their first regional championship and earned the senior Howard County Player of the Year honors.

Ryan Callinan

Calvert Hall, midfielder

A third-year varsity starter, this versatile junior scored seven goals and made five assists. His speed and skills put him in a class of his own.

Randy Collins

Centennial, midfielder/forward

His poise, finishing ability, field vision and creativity make the senior a constant offensive threat. The third-year varsity player scored nine goals and had five assists last season.

Scott Forney

South River, defender

The senior reads the game well, has excellent speed and skills and good ball sense. A second-team All-Metro selection last season, he could play almost anywhere on the field.

Justin Hughes

River Hill, forward

A second-team All-Metro selection last season, the senior had seven goals and seven assists to lead the Hawks to a No. 1 ranking.

Kyle McHugh

McDonogh, midfielder

The senior midfielder, second-team All-Metro last season, is an integral part of the Eagles' highly skilled passing machine. He may attend Notre Dame.

Kevin Mezzadra

Loyola, forward

The senior forward receives and shields with the best of them. His 23 goals last season boosted his three-year career total to 49.

Brian Swiech

Mount Hebron, midfielder

A great technical player, the senior is looking to become more of a scoring threat this season for a Vikings team that may otherwise struggle for goals.

Brian Yi

McDonogh, midfielder

The Adidas All-America senior, a four-year starter, scored five game-winning goals and was a repeat first-team All-Metro pick.
