Frazier, Carolyn Lucille On August 12, 2002 in Destin, FL, CAROLYN LUCILLE FRAZIER. She was born July 22, 1928 in Monroe, LA. She married her husband, Lowell K. (Jim) Frazer on March 23, 1945 in Tampa, FL. They lived in Gaithersburg, MD for 35 years while her husband, Jim, worked at the National Security Agency. Survivors include her husband, Jim Frazer; sons, Ronald Frazer, Douglas Frazer and Scott Frazer; one daughter, Sue Ronnevik; thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandson; a sister Patricia Sampognaro, and a brother Alphonse Williams, Jr. Carolyns Funeral Service was held on August 19th, at McLaughlin Funeral Home, 1405 John C.
