KINGS: Signed free-agent F Keon Clark, who had been with Raptors, for one year for $4.5 million mid-level salary cap exception.

LAKERS: Signed free-agent G A.J. Guyton.

NETS: Signed F Rodney Rogers, who had been with Celtics, to three-year contract worth $9 million.
