Patuxent Centre reopens with 75% of its space leased

Patuxent Centre, an office redevelopment project in Columbia's Town Center, has reopened with 75 percent of its 28,500 square feet leased.

The capacity of the building at Harpers Farm Road and Little Patuxent Parkway was expanded by 9,500 square feet. The building has a new exterior, a larger, more upscale lobby, and a glass atrium that overlooks Little Patuxent Parkway.
