Ronson promoted at 1st Mariner

1st Mariner Bank promoted Ann-Marie Ronson to assistant vice president and business development officer. Formerly a branch manager for the Baltimore bank, the Towson University graduate is a liaison between the bank's commercial loan department and its branch network to obtain desposits and develop loan and investment relationships.

Bay National hires Bloxham as manager

Bay National Bank hired Michael K. Bloxham as its Eastern Shore regional manager and senior director. He is responsible leading the regional operations and developing commercial loan business, and for establishing a private banking presence in the Salisbury area. A graduate of the Univeristy of Pennsylvania, he is a former president of Wilmington Trust Federal Saving Bank. The Quantico, Va., resident is active in the Salisbury Rotary, Mid-Delmarva YMCA and United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore.


Dehart, Reeves join Towson accounting firm

McLean, Koehler, Sparks & Hammond added Nicole Dehart and Amanda Reeves to the staff of the Towson-based accounting and business consulting firm.

Dehart, an in-charge accountant, is a graduate of Villa Julie College and lives in Edgewood. Reeves, who lives in Mount Washington and received her master's degree in accounting from the Univeristy of Texas at Austin, is a staff accountant. Both are certified public accountants and are assigned to the firm's Towson office.

Savagaue heads marketing for Country Meadows

Country Meadows Retirement Community in Frederick hired Debra L. Savagaue as director of marketing. A graduate of Clemson University, she previously worked at Daybreak Adult Day Services. The Frederick resident is active in several community organizations an is a member of the board of the Frederick County Special Olympics.

Erickson hires Roach for regulatory post

Catonsville-based Erickson Retirement Communities hired Martha Roach as manager of regulatory affairs. She is responsible for managing company-government relationships in the six states where the company operates. Roach, who holds a master's degree in business administration from George Washington University, is a former Maryland deputy insurance commissioner and acting insurance commissioner. She lives in Severna Park.
