Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Eastern District

Shooting: A 20-year-old man was in good condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Hospital after being shot in the chest as he walked in the 1400 block of Cliftview Ave. about 9 p.m. Monday.

Shooting: Police were seeking a gunman who shot a man, 22, in the left shoulder during an incident in the 1000 block of Bonaparte St. about 7:30 p.m. Monday. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Southern District

Theft: Two mountain bicycles valued at nearly $200 were stolen yesterday from the rear yard of a house in the 1500 block of Jack St.

Southeastern District

Robbery: Three men, two with handguns, robbed a man, 20, of a diamond necklace and his Jack Russell terrier as he sat in his car in the 4500 block of O'Donnell St. about 2 a.m. Monday after a traffic accident.

Western District

Theft: A pager, several compact discs and a compact disc player - all valued at more than $400 - were stolen Monday from a 2000 Kia parked in the 2700 block of Auchentoroly Terrace.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery: Police were seeking the man who robbed a woman, 20, of her wallet Sunday night as she walked toward the fuel pumps at the Royal Farms store in the 10700 block of Pulaski Highway.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: An ex-employee of Budget Rental Cars in the 7600 block of Belair Road is suspected of entering the building between July 4 and Monday and stealing several hundred dollars.
