Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Northern District

Arrests: The male driver of a car and three passengers, one a female, were arrested Saturday night and charged with auto theft and possession of marijuana after district police spotted one of the men relieving himself behind the police station in the 2200 block of W. Cold Spring Lane. The four were spotted by two plainclothes drug enforcement officers about 11 p.m. Police said the car, a Mazda, was stolen in April from Woodthorn Court in Owings Mills. In the car, police recovered marijuana. Police said one of the males also was charged with urinating in public.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A homeless man, 60, was walking in the 1300 block of E. Fayette St. about 1 a.m. Saturday when he was assaulted by two teen-age males and robbed of $7. The victim suffered chest pains and was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Burglary: A gold watch, cash and jewelry - all valued at $900 - were stolen Saturday from a house in the 4700 block of Eastern Ave. by someone who entered through a rear door.

Stolen vehicle: A black 1999 Honda Civic with tags HNB 965 was stolen during the weekend in the 400 block of S. Patterson Park Ave.

Theft from vehicle: A compact disc player and 18 discs - all valued at $330 - were stolen Saturday from a 1997 Ford Taurus parked in the 500 block of S. Exeter St.

Theft: Plumbing tools valued at $800 were stolen over the weekend from a truck parked in the 100 block of S. Highland Ave.

Southwestern District

Burglary: Food, two televisions, two videocassette recorders, cable TV boxes, tapes, computer equipment, a telephone and a microwave oven - all valued at nearly $3,200 - were stolen from a house in the 1000 block of Stanton Road by someone who entered the house between June 29 and Friday.

Arrest: A 27-year-old man from the 1900 block of E. 30th St. was arrested Friday and charged with stealing toilet articles, TV dinners and snacks - all valued at more than $100 - from Super Fresh in the 2400 block of Frederick Ave.

Baltimore County

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: A radio, compact disc player and jewelry were stolen from a house in the 6800 block of Golden Ring Road between June 29 and Saturday.

North Point Precinct

Theft from vehicle: A compact disc player valued at $140 was stolen Saturday from a 1989 Honda Civic parked on Liberty Parkway.

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: A gunman robbed Payless Shoes in the 2400 block of Cleanleigh Drive of an undisclosed sum of money and two pairs of shoes about 4 p.m. Saturday.
