Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore City

Southwestern District

Robbery: Police were seeking three men who robbed the Mobil station in the 3300 block of W. Baltimore St. of an undisclosed sum of money about 7 a.m. Tuesday. The attendant was outside the station sweeping up debris when the men, one of whom led a dog on a leash, robbed him of keys to the station office. While two of the men and the dog assaulted the man, the third person entered the office and removed the money from a cash register.

Rape: A woman, 26, reported that a man forced her into a house in the first block of S. Beechfield Ave. about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday and raped her.

FOR THE RECORD - In yesterday's police blotter, The Sun incorrectly reported that Davon Livingston, 22, was arrested and charged with raping a 25-year-old woman in Baltimore. Livingston was questioned about the alleged incident on Wednesday but not charged with any crime, police said. The Sun regrets the error.

Eastern District

Rape/arrest: A man, 22, was arrested and charged with raping a woman in a house in the 700 block of N. Madeira St. The woman, 25, was visiting friends about 3 a.m. Wednesday and was in the basement when a resident of the house allegedly raped her. Charged was Davon Livingston. The woman was treated at Mercy Medical Center.

Southern District

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed Gilmor Grocery in the 200 block of S. Gilmor St. of more than $100 about 3:15 p.m. Wednesday.

Theft from vehicle: A combination 9-inch television/video- cassette recorder valued at $300 was stolen Tuesday from a van parked in the 500 block of Russell St.

Theft from vehicle: At least 20 compact discs, a CD carrying case and the faceplate of a CD player - all valued at nearly $250 - were stolen Tuesday from a 1993 Ford Escort parked in the 1200 block of E. Pratt St.

Burglary: A computer and a window air-conditioner were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 2200 block of Cedley St. by someone who entered through a basement door.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A gunman robbed George's National Beef & Provisions in the 1000 block of S. Conkling St. of an undisclosed sum of money about 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Burglary: Several guitars and sound amplifiers - all valued at $16,000 - were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 3400 block of Eastern Ave.

Western District

Theft from vehicle: At least 20 compact discs were stolen Wednesday from a 2000 Mitsubishi parked in the 1200 block of Cloverdale Road.

Robbery: A gunman robbed a man of $80 and personal property in the 2100 block of Windsor Ave. about 1 a.m. Tuesday.

Baltimore County

North Point Precinct

Rape: After a woman, 42, accepted a ride home from a man known to her outside a convenience store on Baltimore Avenue about 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, the man drove her to the rear of Dundalk High School in the 7200 block of Sollers Point Road, where he forced her from the vehicle and raped her. After reporting the rape to police, the woman was treated at Greater Baltimore Medical Center's rape crisis center.

Theft from vehicles: Stereo equipment valued at $659 was stolen Tuesday from a 1996 Ford Escort parked in the 3500 block of McShane Way. In the same block Tuesday, someone entered a 1989 Jeep Cherokee and stole stereo equipment valued at $1,310.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Hand and power tools - all valued at $10,000 - were stolen Tuesday from a garage in the 1800 block of Wycliffe Road.
