Bowie 4, Akron 3: Doug Gredvig hit a three-run homer in the eighth inning to lead visiting Bowie over the Aeros.

Hickory 11, Delmarva 1: The Shorebirds lost to the visiting Crawdads. The loss was the team's second in 11 games, moving it to 9-4 in the second half and 41-43 overall.

Aberdeen 4, Brooklyn 3: Nick McCurdy (2-1) became the team's first two-game winner. McCurdy allowed one run on five hits in seven innings in Brooklyn.
